2. Risk Disclosure

Trading cryptocurrencies carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for every investor. Prices are volatile and you may lose some or all of your capital.

Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Past performance — including any results shown on this website — is not a guarantee or indicator of future results. Some signals will result in losses.

You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks of any transaction and for complying with the laws and tax obligations of your jurisdiction.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade cryptocurrencies in your country to use Rich Vision. By requesting access you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Membership is offered by invitation and may be declined or revoked at our discretion.

4. Membership, Payments & Cancellation

Memberships are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Paymento. By subscribing you authorise these recurring charges until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle; access continues until the end of the paid period. Because signals are delivered immediately and continuously, fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

5. No Custody of Funds

Rich Vision never takes custody of your capital. You keep your funds on your own exchange or wallet at all times. Where an optional trade-execution service is offered, it operates only within the permissions you explicitly grant and can be revoked by you at any time.

6. No Guarantee of Results

We do not promise profits, income, or any specific outcome. Any figures, testimonials, or estimated returns shown are illustrative and reflect exceptional cases, not typical results. Your results depend on market conditions, timing, and your own decisions.

7. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All signals, content, and materials are the property of Rich Vision and are provided for your personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share signals. Doing so may result in immediate termination without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rich Vision and its team are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Your use is entirely at your own risk.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and this Risk Disclosure from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
